非卤化阻燃塑料薄膜小巧轻薄 性能优异
据悉，沙伯基础创新塑料在2008中国国际橡塑展上推出了EFR735阻燃塑料薄膜，这是该公司首款在生产中采用无溴化和氯化阻燃剂的热塑薄膜。新的EFR薄膜还能以相当薄的厚度提供优异的性能，符合当前小巧轻薄的趋势。
据介绍，首款非卤化阻燃薄膜具有双重意义：既能帮助电子产品客户生产环保产品，又扩展了该公司环保材料产品组合。沙伯基础创新塑料公司薄膜产品部负责人表示：“大型电子产品制造商具有良好的环保意识，在其产品和生产流程中限制或禁止使用潜在有害物质。我们相信EFR735薄膜有助于客户更轻松地实现这一目标，并因该薄膜性能更好和厚度更薄而受益。”
EFR735薄膜是屏蔽与绝缘隔板、印刷电路板、模切隔板与绝缘板、标签以及覆盖板的理想选择。它还适用于计算机、笔记本、移动电话、移动设备、电池组、DVD播放机、打印机、设备、音频/视频装置，以及其他许多电子电气设备的适配器。
根据UL94的检测结果，该产品以152微米的厚度提供了VTM-0的阻燃性能，且没有使用潜在有害的卤化物添加剂。它还能提供大大优于阻燃聚丙烯(FRPP) 的防穿刺性能和拉伸强度，其防穿刺性能是阻燃级PP的3倍，拉伸强度是阻燃级PP的2倍，并能适应高温环境。此外，沙伯基础创新塑料的标准薄膜的抗收缩性能是阻燃级PP的3倍。该产品还具有低吸湿度、高热塑性能以及优异的绝缘强度。而且该产品EFR735薄膜工艺简洁，可采用热塑、浮雕、整边模切、刻线和弯曲等工艺流程进行加工。
该款阻燃塑料薄膜的推出是为了严格遵守欧盟《关于电子电气设备中禁止使用某些有害物质指令》等一系列环保法规，减少产品中的卤化物添加剂。
