聚己内酰胺(PA6)又称聚酰胺6、尼龙6。PA6为乳白色或微黄色透明到不透明角质状结晶性聚合物。密度:1.13g/cm3;熔点:215℃;热分解温度:>300℃;平衡吸水率:3.5% 。具有高抗张强度;韧性好、耐冲击性特优;自润性、耐磨性佳;低温特性佳;具自熄性;吸水率高,尺寸稳定性差等性能特点。
干燥温度:80-105℃;
融化温度:230-280℃,对于增强品种为250-280℃;
模具温度:80-90℃ 如果壁厚大于3mm,建议使用20-40℃的低温模具。对于玻璃纤维增强材料模具温度应大于80℃。
